Steve Carrick //
Steve is the founding partner
of Carrick Real Estate and deals
with commercial property across
all sectors.
Steve started his career with Jones Lang Wootton in 1998 and spent the following years at JLL, CBRE and then, Head of Investment at Knight Frank (Manchester). He has 25 years’ experience in the commercial property industry. Steve has had numerous highlights during his career including the acquisition of 1.5 M sq.ft of off market industrial funding stock for KKR/Mirastar, the sale of 3 Hardman Square, Manchester and the acquisition of India Buildings, Liverpool.
Steve has recently been involved in the off market acquisition of XDock and Gorsey Lane, Widnes (over £100M), the sale and leaseback of Willerby HQ in Hull (£38M) and the off market acquisition of Sunlight House, Manchester (£40M).
